Brief Description

Minister of Finance has issued Regulation No. 210/PMK.010/2018 concerning Tax Treatment of Trade Transactions through Electronic Systems (E-Commerce). The regulation shall be effective on April 1, 2019. The regulation highlights how e-commerce transactions are subject to the prevailing tax regulation in Indonesia.
